Abdulwahab Alghamdi – PhD Candidate
Abdulwahab is currently fully dedicated to pursuing a PhD in wireless communications under the supervision of Dr. Ismail Ben Mabrouk and Roy. His research focuses on designing implantable antennas for leadless pacemaker devices, which holds significant potential for advancing medical technology. He received a B.Eng. degree in Communications and Electronics Engineering from Applied Science University in Jordan. Subsequently, he completed a Master’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering with first-class honors at La Trobe University in Australia. His professional experience includes teaching in the Information Technology and Communication Department at King Fahad Security College in Saudi Arabia. He also gained expertise while working as an aeroscience instructor at BAE Systems.
